Her plan of action for meds and pain management was perfect and I am now off all medications. She explained things very well so I could understand everything. I’ve been a patient at Harborside for a couple years to treat ongoing pain. The staff here is outstanding and truly care about you! They listen and form an action plan to help treat what is wrong. I’ve had a couple different procedures done and found the one that works! They stick to the appointment times so no wait times to see your doctor. Friendly and great bedside manner while explaining everything in layman’s terms so you easily understand. Highly recommend but it might take a few months to get your initial appointment, but once established you are good to go!

We've had excellent experiences with every physician we've seen at this office. A lot of time and explanation spent to help us understand my husband's issues, their possible causes and available treatments. We understand that not every treatment is a silver bullet and everyone is busy so waiting for an appointment is going to happen, but no more than anywhere else and the quality of care is great.

I love the doctor's and nurses at this facility. But their billing department could use some improvement. I hadn't even received a bill yet and was told I owed $550, my bill was 30 days past due, and they couldn't make me another appointment until the bill was paid down. I got the bill 2 days later. A phone call to them, was told "we can't control the mail and the girls have to follow certain rules."

Never have to wait more than a few minutes in the waiting room. Adam Ancil is super, he listens to you, he explains everything in terms you can understand. The entire staff is kind and friendly. Wish I had been referred here a long time ago.

Having pain - numbness- trigger point pain and not able to function normal life for almost 2 years. I was referred to Dr Sullivan by my PT , when all my other doctors were unable to successfully treat my condition after an injury. I had seen many specialist and had travel many places, spent a lot of money , and still no clear answers how to treat my pain. I was feeling a bit lost and did not want to except that this would be my new normal. Dr Sullivan was able to walk me through what steps were needed and his conservative approach to treatment options. I’m very happy I kept doing treatments and working with him to find the path to being pain-free. It’s not a quick fix - nor did everything work like we wanted it to. I stayed focus on taking small steps and communicating with him on what the next step would be. Going from 13+ pain to being pain free in less than a year - I appreciate Dr Sullivan for his research and not giving up to find the answers to my condition.I wish I would of met him sooner -Vickie C -

I get trigger point injections every 8 weeks in my lower back,, I'm not sure I could work without them, I've been a patient there for 19 years, Jason Peterman is amazing making my back shots bearable, I could not enjoy my quality of life without him and his staff, thanks and keep up the great work!!

I was experiencing pain from a lead that had moved from my trial spinal cord simulator on a weekend (Saturday). I spent most of the day talking with people from nevro (SCS) and harborside. I even called McClaren and talked to a nurse in the ER who I heard her talking to the doctors, regarding my issue, which they said they could not remove.i turned up the pressure on nevro and they said they would try to have dr sullivan contact me. Dr. Sullivan contacted me and agreed to come in and remove the leads. I understand him not wanting to come in but he did. I understand nevro frustration. My attitude is not excusable but was driven by pain and I apologize to all involved. You all did your job 100 percent. Thank you.

I have been going. To Harborside for a year and a half. Now I am completely satisfied with them. Dr Sullivan is my Dr. His nurse and staff are always wonderful. Adam is always wonderful to talk to. All the Drs, Nurses and other Staff. Are always smiling make you feel welcome. They listen to you and your concerns. Are willing to help. I would recommend Harborside to anyone. Especially Dr Sullivan, Adam Ancel and There Nurses. Because they have helped me a lot. Granted I only know Dr Sullivan ,Adam Ancel and their nurses. But they are great.

I went to see Dr. Wang for chronic headaches and neck pain. He gave me several options and explained them to me, in detail. On the day of the procedure his staff was reassuring, helpful, and pleasant. Dr. Wang talked me through exactly what he was going to do and helped to make me feel at ease. His nursing staff was amazing. Always helpful and polite. I would recommend this office and Dr. Wang to anyone looking for help with pain management.

I was a patient of Dr Wang's for 4 years. I was extremely happy with his level of care, his compassion and his complete willingness to listen to what I had to say, REALLY listen. I moved out of state for a while where I seen another pain mgmt group that was sub-par at best compared to Harborside. I thankfully returned to the area and am currently a patient again. I've seen Dr Wang and Kelly and both have been amazing. Immediately trying to get me ready for a procedure that could potentially change my life. They always treat me like a person that they want to help. Not a client that's just a number. Their office people are always there to help, and informative. I would give them 10 stars if I could.
